At Trace Minerals, we want you to feel as good in our apparel as you do in your own skin. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging or a secure shipping mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
